Encoding level (ELvl) values I and J will no longer be valid in OCLC Cataloging interfaces. OCLC participants can create records using value blank for full level.
A validation check has been created to generate an error message if a cataloging user enters multiple subfields $1 with WorldCat Entities URIs.
A validation error previously would occur if a cataloging user entered free text into the data provenance subfields. This error has been corrected.
