Why is the layout for labels in Record Manager showing overlapping labels?

Symptom
  • Labels display in the layout section with multiple layers overlapping and illegible

  • WorldShare Record Manager
Resolution

Follow these steps:

  1. Check and make sure there is not a pop up blocker or browser extension on that is blocking WorldShare Record Manager.
  2. Turn off the pop blocker or browser extension.
