My Record Work List will not process. It is stuck in Queued status

  • You are running a script on a Record Work List, but the process is not moving along as expected. The list is stuck in "Queued" status, and you cannot make any changes or run any other scripts.

If your Record Work List is stuck, and you are not able to get it processing, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol, the Work List ID, and additional information about when you started running the script.
