I keep getting a Bib Read Failed Unexpectedly. How can I fix it?

• Receiving a Bib Read Failed Unexpectedly error when clicking on a record

Resolution

1. Clear out your previous searches then search for and open the record again.

2. If you still receive the error, clear your browser cache and cookies and reload your WorldShare instance.

3. If the error persists, please contact OCLC Support with the OCLC # of the item and a screenshot of the error.
