Update a constant data record

Discover how to update a local holdings constant data record in WorldShare Record Manager.
  1. In the left navigation, click Toolbox. The Constant Data tab opens by default.
  2. Select Local Holdings Record from the Data Type drop-down list.
  3. (Optional) Search for a constant data record.
  4. (Optional) Select the Default radio button for a record in the results list to identify it as your default LHR constant data record.
  5. Click a Constant Data Record Name to open the LHR constant data editor.
  6. Update the record with new information.
  7. Click Save.
