Update a constant data record

Discover how to update a bibliographic constant data record in WorldShare Record Manager.
  1. In the left navigation, click Toolbox. The Constant Data tab > Bibliographic constant data records screen opens by default.
  2. (Optional) Search for a constant data record.
  3. Click a Constant Data Record Name to open the bibliographic constant data editor.
  4. Update the record with new information.
  5. Click Save Record.
  6. (Optional) Select the Default radio button to identify the record as your default bibliographic constant data record.
