Cataloging partner reports
Cataloging partner reports contain information about records you output and WorldCat holdings you set for titles in cataloging partner collections in Collection Manager.

These reports indicate the number of holdings set within the month. They include the totals from previous reports. |

Total number of records: Total number of records delivered; the OCLC Number column Provider: The material provider you selected Title: Populated from the matching item in WorldCat. If a PDR is delivered or there is no matching item in WorldCat, the title will not be populated ISBN/ISSN: Populated from the matching item in WorldCat with the correct prefix [ISBN or ISSN]. If a PDR is delivered or if there is no matching item in WorldCat, the ISBN/ISSN will not be populated OCLC Number: Populated from the matching item in WorldCat. If a PDR is delivered, the OCLC Number column will not be populated PDR: The value Yes indicates that a PDR was delivered. If Collection Manager delivers a PDR, the row for the item will list the Provider, Collection Name, and File Name but will not list a Title, ISBN/ISSN, or OCLC number File Name: The "metacoll" file name |

These reports include a New column that indicates the number of items delivered via Collection Manager for the month. Cataloging Partner Monthly Records reports only have a New column because you receive one set of records, one time. You will not have an Updated or Deleted column. |
