Will I be charged, if I download extra titles I don't subscribe to, in my Marc Record Delivery set-up?

Your provider will charge you for the title/titles you have subscribed too & will only charge you the once, when you take out your subscription
To have access to Collection Manager you will either have another OCLC subscription or asset or you will be a member of Libraries Australia, that gives
you full free access to Collection Manager
Our OCLC service just provides customers with a platform, where they can download their Marc record files from, at no extra charge
Therefore there is no charge from OCLC or your provider, should you download extra titles you do not subscribe to
As these files you may download accidently will not work on your OPAC, if you do not have a current subscription with the vendor/provider
