Why did a KBART file only load a few titles into a new custom collection?

The KBART file was uploaded, but it only added four titles when there are 69 titles.

We have thoroughly reviewed the file's formatting and verified everything is correct.

There is no difference in formatting between the rows of the spreadsheet that loaded and the ones that did not.

Resolution
Troubleshoot this by using a different browser and different local network. You can send the KBART file to OCLC Support to ask that we try to load it for you. If we are able to get the file you sent to load into WorldShare then the incomplete file upload was likely caused by a browser or local networking issue.
- Clear the browser's cache and cookies.
- Verify that there are not any browser elements blocking the upload by turning off any browser extensions.
- Check for any data transmission limiters like firewalls that could be set up on a local network or proxy/VPN service.
