Why can I not click Submit Collection to OCLC on a data sync collection?

If the Submit Collection to OCLC option under Collection Actions is greyed out, then that means you've already submitted your collection in the past and it's been approved. When you search for your collection, look for the column title Collection Status and see if it says Accepted. If so, then you do not need to submit your collection again. Instead, you can simply submit your records and your uploads will be processed automatically going forward.
