Why am I unable to edit the grouped OCNs on a knowledge base title?

Answer

Confirm that your organization has the title selected. In order to make edits to the grouped OCLC numbers for a title, the title must be selected by your library.

If you selected the title while you were already viewing the title settings, you will need to exit and re-access the title level settings to activate the options to edit the grouped OCLC numbers. 

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support.
