Why am I receiving emailed reports from for the wrong institution?

If you are getting reports for another institution, the authorization number in Reports is likely incorrect. To edit this, follow these steps:

  1. In WorldShare, navigate to Metadata > Institution Settings > Reports
  2. Ensure that your library's correct 9-digit authorization number (beginning with 100) is added to this section
  3. Click Save

If you do not know your authorization number, contact OCLC Support.
