I am trying to add a title to a collection and am getting an error message: "entry already exists by Uid".

  • You are receiving an error that adding a title to your local collection failed

Resolution

If you are adding the title with the "Lookup by OCN" feature, try instead adding the title manually.

If this does not work, contact OCLC Support.
