How do I get a list of titles that are in a collection?

To download a KBART file of the titles inside a collection, follow these steps:

  1. From inside WorldShare, click the Metadata tab.
  2. Click into Collection Manager.
  3. Make sure that the Data Type is set to Collection.
  4. Search for the collection you want a list of titles for.
  5. Open the collection by clicking on its title.
  6. Click on the Titles accordion bar. 
  7. On the top of the screen, there is a Collection Actions menu.
  8. Click on Collection Actions for a dropdown menu to display.
  9. Select Download Titles in this Collection to download the titles from this collection.
