Delete LHRs (Fundamentals)

Discover how to delete an individual local holdings record or multiple local holdings records in WorldShare Record Manager Fundamentals.

Delete a local holdings record from the local holdings record editor

  1. From the LHR editor, click Record > LHR > Delete.
  2. Click Delete. The LHR is removed from the bibliographic record.

Delete a local holdings record from a WorldCat bibliographic record

  1. From the MARC 21 record editor, scroll down to the LHRs accordion.
  2. From the LHRs accordion, click the Delete button (Delete button) for the LHR you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete. The LHR is removed from the bibliographic record.
