Delete a field string (Fundamentals)

Discover how to delete a field string in WorldShare Record Manager.

You can delete field strings you are no longer using from your field string list.

  1. From the left navigation, click Toolbox.
  2. Click the Strings tab.
  3. Select the field string(s) you want to delete. To delete all field strings on the current page, select the check box at the top of the list.
  4. Click Delete Selected.
  5. Click Delete in the Delete Field String(s) dialog window. A confirmation message appears stating that the field string(s) has been deleted.
