I am receiving an error that states: "Your chosen default location was not found." Please choose another.

Symptom
  • When attempting to access a local save file, an error stating: "Your chosen default location was not found. Please choose another." is received. 
Applies to
  • Connexion client all versions
Resolution

This error indicates that the local file type is not properly configured

  • In Connexion client, navigate to File > Local File Manager
  • Under Choose File Type choose the file type that is producing the error
  • Click Configure Paths
  • If the path appears, but is not highlighted in blue
    • Click on the desired path and click OK
  • If the path does not appear
    • Click Add
    • Navigate to the correct path. Click OK
  • Click Close
