Status List (local bibliographic save file)
Find out how to access and use the Status List (local bibliographic save file) window in Connexion client.
Purpose of the Status List window
- View a list of statuses showing the total number of records for each in a selected local bibliographic save file.
- View a list of statuses in the default local bibliographic save file and display records with selected statuses.
Access the Status List window
To view only (not display records) a list of status statistics for a selected local authority save file:
- Navigate to File > Local File Manager.
- Select File Type Bibliographic.
- Select a local file in the list, if more than one, and then click Statistics.
Or
To view a list and display records with selected statuses in the default local authority save file:
- Navigate to Cataloging > Show > By Local Save File Status or press <Alt><U><H><L>.
- Select check boxes to select records with statuses you want to retrieve.
- Click Show Records.

Show Records | See a list of all records that have statuses you selected. Available only when you open the window from Cataloging > Show > By Local Save File Status have check boxes selected. |
Cancel | Cancel showing records and close the window. |
