When you view a collection through the CONTENTdm Administration Web interface, you can view all collections, published or not published. You have all the same functionality and navigational ability as viewing a collection using a general Web interface. This is the same functionality as using the Collections tab to view collection. You save a click if you are already using Item Administration.

To view a collection in the CONTENTdm Administration Web interface:

  1. Open CONTENTdm Administration.
  2. Click the Items tab and then click View Collection. The collection opens in a new browser window.

Close the window to return to CONTENTdm Administration.
