Access CONTENTdm Administration

1. Open your browser and navigate to https://server#####.contentdm.oclc.org (##### is a 5-digit number assigned to your CONTENTdm subscription, which can be found in the Welcome Email.)

    Note: If you don't have the 5-digit number at hand, you can navigate to your site URL, for example: https://mycontentdmsite.com/digital, (or https://mycontentdmsite.com), and do one of the following:

   1. Replace "digital" with utils/diagnostics and hit enter: https://mycontentdmsite.com/utils/diagnostics
   2. Append "/api/diagnostics" at the end and hit enter: https://mycontentdmsite.com/digital/api/diagnostics
      
      A page will show you the server URL with the 5-digit number. 

2. Enter your user name and password (can be found in Welcome Email. Or contact your organization’s primary administrator). The CONTENTdm Administration Home page displays.
