Acquisitions Overview
Overview
The Acquisitions Overview report contains key visualizations displaying statistics related to expenditures by various facets. These include the top 10 number of copies expended and the associated expended amount (in your institution's currency) by fund, vendor, material format, and classification.
This report defaults to your current budget period but can be filtered (and bookmarked) to select other budgets, time periods, branches, shelving locations, and requestor names.

- Dataset: Acquisitions
- Data refresh rate: This report's data is updated nightly. It will be updated by 6 a.m. your institution's data center time. The data will be "as of" the end of the previous day.
- Data history start date: Snapshot (current data only)
- Default date range: Your current budget period
- Report type: Interactive

Top Ten Expenditures by Fund
This visual displays the top ten fund expenditures by copies expended and expended amount.
- Click a Fund Name in the bar chart to change the appearance of all visuals in the report. By default, all fund names are displayed.
- Reclick the area to restore the appearance of this visual to its default.
Top Ten Expenditures by Vendor
This report displays the top ten vendor expenditures by copies expended and expended amount.
- Click a Vendor Name in the bar chart to change the appearance of all visuals in the report. By default, all vendors are displayed.
- Reclick the area to restore the appearance of this visual to its default.
Top Ten Expenditures by Material Format
This report displays the top ten material format expenditures by copies expended and expended amount.
- Click a Material Format in the bar chart to change the appearance of all visuals in the report. By default, all material formats are displayed.
- Reclick the area to restore the appearance of this visual to its default.
Top Ten Expenditures by Classification
This report displays the top ten classification expenditures by copies expended and expended amount.
- Click a Call Number Main Class in the bar chart to change the appearance of all visuals in the report. By default, all classifications are displayed.
- Reclick the area to restore the appearance of this visual to its default.
