Find an overview of the interface and the features available in WorldShare Reports in Power BI.

Overview

You can use the tools available in Reports in Power BI to monitor your institution's activity within the WorldShare application, including reports on WMS activity and cataloging work in Record Manager.

 Note: What you see in the WorldShare interface may vary depending on your roles.

Within the WorldShare interface, navigate to Analytics > Reports.

In this area, you can open:

  1. Reports / Visualizations: Click to run and export standard WorldShare Reports in Power BI.
  2. Classic Reports: Click to run and export standard reports in Classic WorldShare Reports.
  3. Classic Launch Pad: Click to run and export custom reports in Report Designer.
