Why does the error "No data to retrieve ..." come up when I run a report?

- An error that starts with "No data to retrieve in <Report name>" appears after running a WorldShare Analytics report

Resolution
This error could mean that you are requesting a report for which there is no data or a period of time that is not yet available. For example, you've requested a report that is delivered monthly and requested the report for that same month (i.e., requested a report for August 2023 on August 9, 2023. ) You will need to wait until the following month to request the previous month's data.
Another reason you might see this error is if your report times out due to a very large result set. Try adding a date filter or some other parameter to limit the number of results.
