Why won't the Create Bill window load?

Symptom

  • When I try to manually create a bill on a patron's account, the Create Bill pop-up window never loads (a loading circle keeps spinning).

  • WMS Circulation

Resolution

There must be at least one Bill Reason created in your library's Service Configuration. Sign in Service Configuration, open the WMS Circulation left navigation, select Billing, and then select the Bill Reasons link.
