No matching Location Policy error

Symptom
  • No matching location policy error comes up when trying to check in, check out or edit an item record

Resolution

This means that no Location Policy was created that covers this Holding Location, Shelving location and Material type mix. To resolve the issue, add a new Location Policy to your Service Configuration WMS Circulation policies. If the error persists after confirming that a policy is in place that covers that item mix, please contact OCLC Support.
