Menu section did not load error

  • After logging into WorldShare and bringing up the Acquisitions tab, you see the error "Menu section did not load. Contact Support" in the left-side panel.

This error means that your Acquisitions web page did not load fully. To clear the error, delete your cache and cookies, then restart the browser. If problems persist, contact OCLC Support with your name, library symbol and the web page failing to load.
