Undo cancellations

Discover how to undo cancellations in WorldShare Acquisitions.

You can undo cancellation from any of the following pages:    

  • Order items
  • One-Time items
  • Subscription items
  • Missing Order Items

If you undo the cancellation of copies with the Order Status of Cancelled, money will be re-encumbered from the fund.

 Note: You cannot change how many copies you want to undo. For example, if you canceled five copies of a title, you will need to undo cancellation for all of the copies.

Undo cancellation 

  1. In the left panel, click Orders.
  2. Click one of the following: 
    • Order items
    • One-Time items
    • Subscription items
    • Missing Order Items
  3. Select the check boxes next to the items you want to undo cancellation. If you want to undo cancellation for all items in the table, select the check box at the top of the table.
  4. At the top of the screen, click Cancel > Undo Cancellation.
  5. On the Undo Cancellation window, click Undo Cancellation.
  6. The copies are no longer canceled in the system and their Order Status changes to Ordered.
