Following an upgrade to OLIB 9.0 Service Pack 12, users are not receiving alerts for available reservations or newly checked in serial issues

In order to receive alerts during the daytime (e.g. available reservations or newly checked-in serial issues), the Send Notices Job needs to be set up.

Please contact OCLC Support to ask for this to be configured on  your system.
