Can deleted titles/users be recovered?

Answer
Both titles and users cannot be recovered once they have been deleted. Please also be aware that related records (such as fines, copies etc) will be affected if you delete titles. We therefore ask that you be completely sure you want to delete them before doing so, and confirm with your local administrator particularly if deleting a large number of users / copies / titles.
