Issue Details

Password Reset Email Not Sent in GreenGlass

Users do not receive a password reset email. Currently, they encounter an "An Application Error" message after clicking the "send reset link" button. For assistance, users are advised to contact OCLC at The Implementation team is available to manually reset passwords and provide additional support.

GreenGlass Session Duration

The current session duration for GreenGlass is 8 hours. Users need to stay active in their session; otherwise, they will be logged out. There is no timeout message presented to the user, so it is important for users to be mindful of the 8-hour session limit.
