Issue Details

Password Reset Email Not Sent in GreenGlass

Users do not receive a password reset email. Currently, they encounter an "An Application Error" message after clicking the "send reset link" button. For assistance, users are advised to contact OCLC at implementation@oclc.org. The Implementation team is available to manually reset passwords and provide additional support.

GreenGlass Session Duration

The current session duration for GreenGlass is 8 hours. Users need to stay active in their session; otherwise, they will be logged out. There is no timeout message presented to the user, so it is important for users to be mindful of the 8-hour session limit.
