- Users are unable to login to EZproxy
- -1 Can't contact LDAP server is showing up in my EZproxy logs
- Contact the local IT department and provide them the EZproxy server IP address and have it unblocked for the LDAP server
- This block may be at an institution firewall or at the local computer, the error message will include the server EZproxy is trying to contact.
