Why am I having a problem loading PDF's in browser from a specific resource while using EZproxy

Symptom

PDF files will not load in the web browser, but will download and open as expected

Resolution

1. Find the domain of the document that will not load.  Typically this will be the domain in a target URL (https://www.mscand.dk/article/view/106210/156524) domain is www.mscand.dk
2. Add a find and replace with this domain to stanza for this resource
   1. Find www.mscand.dk
   2. Replace ^swww.mscand.dk^

Additional information

It updates the not re-written part to be re-written as expected by EZproxy and allows the source and viewer location to match and load the pdf file in browser.
