Why am I getting a connection timeout with EZproxy and some Ebsco resources

Symptom

When trying to access some Ebsco functions like account signin I am getting a connection timeout error.  When the timeout is happening an old EZproxy URL is showing

Resolution

 

Update the EZproxy name value in the Ebsco administrative console

Additional information

When the EZproxy name is changed, the connection is sent to the old name until it is updated in the administrative console.
