I cannot connect to a resource through our Hosted EZproxy

  1. Verify you have an up to date stanza for the resource - see Add a database stanza
  2. If the issue is from off-campus, confirm the vendor has the External IP address of your EZproxy server correctly configured to access your subscription
  3. If the issue is from on-campus, verify you are proxying their site. If you have ExcludeIP configured in EZproxy for your campus IP range, attempts to access the site will go directly to the site, not via EZproxy. Contact the database vendor and provide them with your Campus IP range. Be sure they also have your EZproxy server IP as well or you will lose off-campus access.
