How do I access the pre-production OCLC hosted EZproxy menu screen when SAML authentication is active

Symptom

The production instance keeps getting accessed instead of the preproduction instance

Applies to

OCLC Hosted EZproxy

Resolution

  1. Use the EZproxy web log retrieval URL and modify the port number to :9443 (https://<sitename>.idm.oclc.org:9443/public/admin.htm) to  login
  2. Change the URL in the address bar to https://<sitename>.idm.oclc.org:9443/menu
