Will an account created by a tab-delimited patron load have the ID Verified box checked automatically?

This box will be checked automatically if the patron's account is created in the load, and a barcode is present in the account. The ID Verified checkbox will not be checked if you are updating, rather than creating, an account through the load.
You can update the ID Verified checkbox through an XML patron load as well.
