My WebJunction account confirmation link isn't working

Symptom

  • When clicking on the account confirmation link sent to your email address from WebJunction, the account isn't confirmed or verified and the main WebJunction homepage displays.

Resolution

Please contact OCLC Support and include the email address and username you created when signing up for a WebJunction account.
