Please contact OCLC Support with your Web Junction account information and the name of the course you wish to drop.
Additional information
Please note for completed courses: Once you have unenrolled from a course, you will no longer have access to certificates of completion. Before contacting support, first, go into the course and access/print/or save the certificate of completion.
