Can I get data older than what is available in OCLC Usage Statistics?

Most data in the Usage Statistics site is kept for three years, which is why the Period dropdown menu only goes back three years. However, you can see older data in some reports, like the Borrower and Lender Activity Overviews. You can do this using these steps:

  1. Open the report
  2. Select the Period you'd like to start from in the dropdown menu, and then enter how many months back you'd like the report to go in the Months box
  3. Click on the Update button
  4. Once the report runs, you can export it or use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to see the different months in the report
