I'm getting the error message "There was a problem processing your request" when I try to request a WSKey

Resolution

This generic error message can appear for several reasons:

  1.  You do not have the correct subscriptions to have access to the API that you are requesting.
  2. There is a 300-character limit for the comment section (where you add the reason why you want the API) if you go over the limit you will see this error message.
