This problem can occur when the main address for your OCLC symbol has not been configured in the WorldCat Registry. To update this, log into OCLC Service Configuration and navigate to WorldCat Registry > Name and Location > Addresses.
You may need to clear the cache and cookies of your browser after making this change for it to take effect. If you are still seeing this issue after doing so, please contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol and your Registry ID.
