Why is the Full Text Available link grayed out on an A-Z List record?

A full text link for an article will not surface if the collection is missing a link scheme. Confirm that the collection has a link scheme in Collection Manager.
- Go to Collection Manager
- Search for and click to open the collection settings
- Expand the Linking accordion
- Confirm a link scheme is present in the Link Scheme field. Make changes and click Review Summary & Save if necessary.
If the link scheme is configured correctly, the Full Text Available text should change to hyperlinked text that reads View Full Text.
