Why am I unable to choose remote databases

Symptom
  • There are no remote databases listed within OCLC Service Configuration > MetaSearch Content > Default Databases and Licensed Content

  • WorldCat Discovery
Resolution

You will need to contact our Orders department at OCLC Order services to confirm if you have purchased a subscription for WorldCat Discovery that includes Remote Databases. Please include your name, OCLC symbol, and contact information in your email.
