Why am I getting an Oops error when I go to my institution’s Discovery URL?

 Verify that is selected as a Default Database in the library's service configuration.

1.Go to OCLC Service Configuration
2.Click through this menu path:
> Metasearch Content> Default Databases and Licensed Content> Configure Databases to Search
3.Verify that is listed and selected in the Enabled Databases for Searching tab
4.Verify that is selected as a default database in the Group Configured Databases tab
