We are unable to select "Links from Local OPAC" to be set for our WorldCat Discovery.
Symptom
- In the OCLC Service Configuration, under WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > Full Text and Open Access Links > WorldCat Local Search Results >WorldCat Discovery Search Results and Detailed Views, we need to set the Links from Local OPAC to be checked for monographs and "All other electronic content". However, this option is completely grayed out.

Resolution
Please contact OCLC Support. Support will need to know your OCLC symbol to make changes to your service configuration settings. Please note this setting only applies to libraries with real time availability. This setting is not applicable for WorldShare Managment Services subscribers.
