I am getting an error when I try and save in the Service Configuration

If you are getting the error, "We're sorry, there has been an error publishing the record. Please contact OCLC Support", Please contact OCLC Support and they will assist you in correcting this error.   Please provide replication steps so that OCLC Support is able to determine exactly where the error is occurring.
