I'm logged into WorldCat Discovery, but I still can't see items with the My Library staff audience level

Symptom
  • Staff that are logged in to WorldCat Discovery cannot see items set to the My Library staff audience level.

Resolution

Make sure that you have either the WorldCat Discovery Staff or WorldCat Discovery Admin role assigned  under  your WorldShare Admin  account.
