Save a search

 Note: You can save up to 100 searches at a time.

  1. Perform a catalog search.
  2. (Optional) Filter the search results with facets or adjust the result sort.
  3. Click Save search at the top of the search results list. The Save your search dialog opens.
  4. (Optional) In the Save your search dialog, enter a name for your saved search. By default, the Name of search field is populated with your search.
  5. Click Save to save the search to the Saved Searches screen in your user profile.

View and manage saved searches

The Saved Searches screen in your user profile allows you to view, launch, and delete your saved searches.

  • View a saved search: Select Saved Searches from the Profile drop-down menu to view and manage your saved searches.
  • Launch a saved search: Click a Search name/term to launch the search in
  • Delete one or more saved searches: Select the checkbox next to each search you want to delete and then click Delete.
  • Delete all saved searches: Select the checkbox next to Search name/term heading and then click Delete.
