We cannot scan barcodes from the app screen

Symptom
  • Issue reading barcodes using the CapiraMobile app.
Applies to
  • CapiraMobile with Staff Dashboard
Resolution

Try changing the Barcode Format in the dashboard and restarting the app.  If you are using Codabar, try CODE128 or CODE39 under the Options -> Account -> Card Settings tab.
