WorldShare user record will not save because it "is missing a primary selection."

Symptom

  • When saving a user record, you get an error that says, "Correct errors before saving. Library record is missing a primary selection."

Applies to

  • WorldShare Admin

Resolution

To create or edit an account, WorldShare Admin requires a Primary email address for each user.  Enter an email address, select the Primary button, and then Save at the bottom right.
